Buyer Readiness Scorecard
A handful of questions, under two minutes, and a straight read on whether you are ready to buy.
Most buyers cannot tell you whether they are close or nowhere near it
You know you are looking. You know the weekends are going.
What is harder to answer is whether you are three weeks from buying or another year of Saturdays away from it.
The scorecard asks the twelve things that actually predict the answer. Where you are up to with finance. How well you really know the area. How long you have been at it, how many properties you have physically walked through in the last month, who else is in the decision, and what happens if you are still looking in six months.
Answer them honestly and you get a read on where you are standing, rather than where it feels like you are standing. It takes about two minutes, and your result goes to your inbox.

Twelve questions, about two minutes. Free, and there is no pitch at the end of it.
We use your answers to work out how best to help you, and to send you the occasional note on the South Coast and Illawarra market. Unsubscribe any time. We do not sell or share your details. See our privacy policy.
What happens after you hit submit
Thanks for taking the time. Most people will not.
Your result lands in your inbox shortly after you submit. Matt then reads the answers himself and follows up.
If the scorecard says you are ready to move, that is a conversation about what happens next. If it says you are not, we will tell you which part is holding you up, usually finance or how well you know the area, and what to do about it first. We would rather say not yet than take on someone who is not ready.
No cost, and no obligation either way.
While you are waiting
If you know roughly where you want to be, the location guides carry current price bands and what the market is actually doing in each pocket.
Jervis Bay, with a band for every township in the Bay and Basin. Wollongong. Nowra. Or the wider South Coast.
If you picked Coastal WA in the scorecard, we cover that too: Mandurah and Rockingham.
If your answers pointed at something more specific, we do more than full search and purchase. There is auction bidding if you have already found the property and it is going under the hammer, vendor advocacy if you are selling before you buy, and estate property advisory for families dealing with an inherited property. The full list sits on the services page, and what we charge is published rather than quoted on request.
Not ready for any of that yet? The 14-step buyer’s cheatsheet is the short version of the whole process, free and about five minutes to read.
