Precium is an independent buyer’s agency. We do not sell property, we take no commission from agents, sellers or developers, and we never act for both sides of the same transaction.
That independence is the whole product. Everything below is a different amount of it.
Full-service buyer’s agency
The flagship. A to Z help buying the right property at the right price, from the first strategy session through to settlement and beyond. We build the brief, do the research, source properties including ones that never reach the portals, inspect on your behalf, negotiate, and see the purchase through.
Around six months of active work, for buyers who want the search taken off their hands entirely.
Auction bidding
You have found the property yourself and it is going to auction. We do the pre-auction work, tell you what it is genuinely worth, and Matt bids for you on the day.
Single property negotiation
You have found the property and it is not going to auction. We assess what it is actually worth against recent comparable sales, then run the negotiation for you.
A lower-commitment way to use us, and the one buyers most often come back from.
Vendor advocacy
Independent advice for a seller on appointing and managing the right selling agent, and on the sale strategy.
We do not sell your property. The agent you appoint does that. Our job is helping you choose the right one, test their appraisal and their fee, agree the campaign, and hold them to it.
Estate property advisory
Independent written property advice for executors, families and the solicitors and accountants advising them. Deceased estates, family settlements, separations and estate disputes.
We provide a market appraisal and comparative market analysis, not a valuation, and we work alongside your legal and tax advisers rather than replacing them.
