Over 20 years ago a side hustle renovating investment properties grew into a long lasting habit. A 15 year background of Social Work in the welfare and community sector have translated into a caring, but robust foundation. Matt knows that psychology is the foundation to great property results.
A multi-decade obsession with property data, research and spotting trends has also allowed Matt to successfully guide dozens of investors to profitable multi-property portfolios.
Respected on the South Coast for his market expertise, knowledge of the region and expansive network of professional contacts, Matt leverages his skills and his network to creates better outcomes for his clients. Long after his sea-change from Sydney, he still loves helping others achieve the same!
