Ulladulla and its magical “safe harbour” sit just south of beautiful Mollymook Beach and has something for everyone.

A township of 15000 people including surrounding areas, Ulladulla has industry including tourism, fishing, shopping and recreation as it is the service centre for this stretch of nsw south coast.  Ulladulla is close to several wonderful national parks with some of the best views and bushwalking and camping anywhere just to the west (Budawang) and south (Murramurrang).  Real estate is varied with options close to the water and suburban developments just inland becoming more common as the town expands.  Clients are often busy locals, Sydney or Canberra residents wanting the local advantage to buying the beach house or retirement villa, or young families relocating in from elsewhere.

Check out the forecast map for our growing population which can only mean one thing for the local property market long term.  Council has just rebuilt the civic centre and is redeveloping the foreshore of the picturesque harbour so visitors are realising what the locals have always known, it is a special place.

An initiative of the Dunn Lewis Foundation, the Dunn Lewis Centre, has become a local hub for youth and family entertainment, as well as education and community development initiatives.
