Low maintenance unit living has become the norm around the harbour, or head just a few short minutes north to Kiama Downs & Bombo for a classic beachside or headland home. 

Kiama’s proximity to the south of Sydney being around 90 minutes drive makes it an attractive destination for weekends & even day trippers.  Home to around 13,000 residents it has good critical mass for families.  You even have options regarding schools in Kiama including Kiama High School, Kiama Public School and Ss Peter and Paul Catholic School.
